Where we are

The Start-Up Unit was founded in 2019 by Ernestina De Francesco, after having been awarded the prestigious Start-Up Reintegration grant by Fondazione AIRC.
Since 2019, the newly born and independent Research Unit is integrated in a hub of local, national and international collaborators to accelerate research in the field oh hormone-dependent cancers, particularly for dysmetabolic obese and diabetic patients.
